I registered with them a while ago and then had to sign out again because I updated my profile, but then I can't sign in!!
I tried to use the I lost my password thing but they said they didn't even have my email on file..!
I didn't want to sign up again..

OH no!! have you tried just emailing the company?
Sometimes if you dont respond to a welcome email (not sure if this company has them or not) they will delete you.
